Earlier this year we tour the model home and the agent said there MIGHT be a swimming pool, existing homeowners are deciding if they want one.

Watch out HB2HSV you probably DO have coyotes!!!! We use to live right over there and saw them plenty. They just prefer to stay away from you!!! Seriously, they even have them in much more heavily developed areas and we did see them regularly over there.

The last tornado was one of the first to EVER touch down in Madison and it wasn't very bad, mainly roof damage! County Line and the airport areas are famous for tornados because the area is so flat. The same goes for areas north of 72.

Thanks Mawoods. I don't think I'll test that theory by tying a goat outside the house

We don't mind the airport noise as it we used to live on an international airport line and loved watching the those jets come in and leave for Europe. Madison is great, close to two major freeways and two larger centers. But you might enjoy HC better due to the real family, planned community with young children. Older teens make the decision more about the schools. This is why we chose Madison City Schools.
