What Is Going in the County Line Area?
The County Line Area seems to be doing exceptionally well, considering the fact that a billion dollar project is getting ready to take off. Several housing housing and reatil developments are proposed and are under construction along this corridor. Does anyone know of any other developments and projects besides Waterstone?

Um, I don't believe there is an billion dollar project going up there.
In any case, it is a growing area. There is more and more traffic over here everyday.

Where is Waterstone going to be located? I thought it was going to be located on County Line Road.

Yes on County Line Road just south of the railroad tracks and north of FedEx. Understanding is it is getting scaled back to focus on more retail and less medical.

So which will be here first - WaterStone or the Atlanta-Huntsville highway?
