Other than Ikea and Maggiano's, which open in larger areas normally, I can't believe that these are missing in Huntsville. Chipotle would be a big hit here. Borders Books is much better than Books A Million.

I have emailed them...my husband has emailed them. EVERYBODY needs to email them. http://www.chipotle.com/#/land
Either we don't yet have the population in numbers or...I don't know. Huntsville was "not under consideration" as of 2008, but thanks.
I so miss the wicked hottest salsa over a burrito bowl...oh, man. Now, anytime we take a road trip we check to see if there is one on the way...

Yeah, and two in Birmingham...
But not Huntsville. So I can't go there right now for dinner tonight.

I said that because someone supposed that the reason why Huntsville doesn't have one is because of it's population. Because Tuscaloosa is smaller and has one, I said that statement to make it known that a city smaller than Huntsville has a Chipotle!

That was me. Projection, data...HEY - KE - I think you need to write to them and inform them about how Huntsville is...well...I'll leave that to you!
So what does Tuscaloosa have that we don't? Besides a Chipotle?
Oh, that would be the University of Alabama. Hmmn.

That's a fair and reasonable point.
Thinking out loud...maybe the Chipotle corporate (and this applies to any business) performed a market research and analyzed trends and demographics and while Tuscaloosa is smaller, it may have a different demographic than Huntsville.
