I prefer a locally run restaurant, preferably continental or French cuisine close to Madison (Pauli's doesn't count). But a chain will have greater financial support and has a greater likelihood to survive as a result. The reason I chose CC Factory is it has a huge menu with a large variety of tastes to suit any palette.

Cool River Cafe (
~ COOL RIVER CAFE ~ ) would be a huge addition to the Bridge Street project. It was my favorite place to bring clients when managing sales in Dallas (Las Colinas) and Austin.

Cool River Cafe - looks really nice, but $23.95 for a lunch plate of ribs? Too much competition here charging WAY less.
