I can only speak on LV bags, that's what my wife likes. A "mini" handbag starts with $1,200 and upward to $2,000 for a full-size handbag. A wallet-type purse goes for $500. I have my credit card statements to back this up

I personally use a $5 wallet for over 10 yrs....
DUDE. That's my wood flooring. That I don't have yet...

I have you beat - my wallet was purchased in 1988...and it looks like it, too.

Wallet-like is known in womanspeak as a 'clutch'.

Back to the topic...

Right now, how many businesses do you think are open? We have 24/7 Wallyworld, Target - is Target 24 here? And...and...and...

This all depends where you shop. I was able to get a Coach leather tote-like handbag, leather wristlet, and leather checkbook wallet for $450 or so at the Coach outlet store. I also "had to have" another bag and that was $350 just for the bag "on sale" at Nordstrom(and it wasn't even leather).

Hubby uses a coach wallet and briefcase that I bought at the Coach outlet and Nordstrom Rack respectively. The men's stuff is much cheaper originally and the clearance prices can't be beat!!

I used to have a LV, had to give those up when I married an engineer. I never even knew what I was getting myself into

Listen, I am just like any husband.... as far as handbag goes, I don't understand it and I don't get the price deal. I only knows that's what my wife likes, she doesn't demand it and if I tell her ahead of time, she'll probably tell me don't spend the money to get it. But I love her and want her to have a few things that she treasures, so I saved my money to buy this for her.

AWWWW...if you ever need another wife let me know!

My husband wouldn't know a LV if I took it and hit him upside the head with it!

Myself, I have a secret stash hidden for my Chanel black Lux tote.....for now, its Bag Borrow Steal.
