Since no one else has responded... I would try the Cajun Cafe in Lacey's Spring, just across the river on 231 south of Huntsville. They have a seafood market as well. I haven't been there myself, it is on my list of places to check out.

The 3 years I have been living in the Huntsville area I could not find such a place.

Get on I-65 and head south.
Growing up, my Uncle had me helping him catch em by the pounds.
So he could sell em.But I got my little cut.

Have you checked with the Po Boy factory to see if they sell them live?
