I am planning on cooking a Boston Butt and Deer hind quarter for the guys at work. I will let you know and hold you some out.
I cooked 136 racks of ribs for Athens Booster club last year and about 700 hamburgers for the RBC bank in Ardmore last year. |

I trade any rep points I get from you for a boston butt ... the dish, not that I want a derriere the size of Boston... or two racks   wink, wink...not those racks, but coincidentally, the rep points come in increments of two, hence 2 racks of ribs! |

Pick up mid day and I may throw some ribs in the sampler package. I am going to put ribs on while I take off the butts. I am going to cook them and wrap them in aluminum foil and put in cooler until we eat that afternoon. |
