Cooked 180 hambergers and 100 hot dogs for church picnic. Going to do the same at an auction for youth group fund raiser next Sat. This hobby is turning into work.

Found this great bbq place in East Limestone yesterday. Could be one of the best places in town.
Sarge's Dad - is master chef in my book.

For all you Texas-style barbecue fanatics, there is a new place in Decatur with "Texas" in the name and "brisket" on the marquee.
I don't remember the exact name, but I think it opens today...or one day this week. It's on Sixth Avenue (AKA U.S. 31) on the east side (left, coming from the river), and it's where Sonic used to be many years ago and Subway was more recently.
I'll report whenever I hear what the food is like, but if anybody is yearning for the stuff...there it is.
