Two of my Bassets are on the loose. Last seen at 9am Sunday in neighborhood East of Jeff Road and South of Kelly Springs Road. I live north of Nick Davis in the neighborhood between the water tower and the power lines, near the big field.
Male, Chipper, is 13 years old and is mostly white with a brown face/ears and some black markings that resemble chocolate chips. He has one blue eye and one brown eye. His ears are almost a foot long but they don't slow him down a bit.
Female, Belle, is 11 years old and is almost all white with some lemon peeking through. She is petite with shorter ears but follows Chipper wherever he goes.
Chipper loves to hunt so they could be anywhere. Both are very friendly and could possibly be in the company of small children or other dogs.
They are not armed and not considered dangerous, unless you are allergic to drool.
I am new here so the dogs are not familiar with the area. If you have any information regarding their whereabouts, please call 478.960.6811 no matter the time of day or night.

Called Animal Contriol first thing in the morning and reported them missing. they took my number and called me about noon with the number of the nice lady we hosted Belle overnight and then they gave the animal control officer my address that had picked up Chipper.
