Ok - I'm tired of the whining in other threads that bemoan someone's favorite problem with Huntsville.

So - not being a politician, I need some help coming up with some CLEAN marketing slogans that we can feed to the local paper, or TV stations or the next Huntsville Leadership class. So, in yet another public service to the local area, please post your Huntsville area marketing slogans.

A few to get things started off on the right foot...

"At least we're not El Paso"

"1,002 Ways to Photograph The Rocket Garden While Starting a Realty Agency"

"First in outer space - plenty of space left to build your dream life!"

"Home of Hit Reality TV Series 'Tornados In the Rain' "

"Choose or Die: UA or Auburn!"

"If you can't find the street sign, make your way to the next Church land marker - conveniently spaced every 1,400 feet apart"

"Lower Taxes, Family Friendly, Clean Streets and Toyota"

Huntsville: "As a matter of fact, I AM a rocket scientist." (Heard even in Decatur)

Charles, you should have been here circa 1964! Only the churches, some restaurants, some gas stations, movie theatres, a couple of drug stores and a rare convenience store opened on Sunday. Not good for consumers, but a lot better for retail workers.

I heard someone once refer to Huntsville in a way that may work into a motto somehow--

"Kudzu Chic"...

LOL...loving this thread! I did just sell a young engineer a home that has a car much worse than the one posted above. 23 years old, had plenty of money to put down on a 15 year note! One smart little cookie! So his car may blow up any minute, literally, but he doesn't care. AND, his girlfriend is beautiful! Great young couple, with a lot on the ball. Nerds rule!
