Hi,

Anyone care to share their feedback on Nicholas Homes... the good, bad, and ugly

Any building experiences would be appreciated. Looked at some of his homes today.

Thanks

Your best bet is to drive their neighborhood and ask several homeowners for feedback. You'll get good, honest info then. From a Realtors prospective, I know I can only go off of how the experience is for me, working with them. I've not sold a Nicholas home, Be sure to ask plenty of questions from existing homeowners.
Also, google them and check the BBB. (not always a guarantee that they are amazing, however).

We looked at them in Hampton Ridge. When choosing providers of expensive goods/services, I always check with the Better Business Bureau and view it as a valuable tool for consumers.

Nicholas Homes is not accredited with the BBB

That doesn't make them good or bad,

Smile Nicholas Homes

I currently Live in a Nicholas Home. The planning and construction of my house went smooth and I could not be happier with my home. The closing went great and their were practically zero items to be completed at move in. It has been several months and still all praises for the Nicholas Homes LLC. For future buyers interested in investing a quality home visit www.nicholashomes-hsv.com. it is true the housing market is not in the best place, however i can assure you nicholas Homes is not in any trouble and is still with head above water. hope this helps.
have a blessed day.

Default Edwards

I have to say that it is easy to get caught up in the hear say of rumors. I purchased a Nicholas Home in March and I am truly pleased with the quality of workmanship and the value. I live one mile from the Madison City Limits and saved 90K on my home compared to the same quality of craftmanship. Truth to be known....Can you please everyone? No!!! Nicholas Built us a 3100 Sqft Custom Home with a zero defect and on time completion. So, don't listen to those who think they heard something from somebody. I'm telling you that I had a wonderful experience and so have my neighbors as well.
