Default New Judge seat in Mad. Co

Who is going to be running for the new judge seat recently passed by the legislature?

Just throwing names out:

On the Democrat side, I would guess Cynthia Webb or Reta McKannan (losing candidates in 2008).

On the GOP side, I would guess Mike Seibert (IIRC lost to Judge Hamilton a while back) or ADA Bill Starnes (who was on the short list for the seat to which Judge Ruth Ann Hall was appointed).

I hope Starnes runs for the judgeship, he is a great guy and a well-respected prosecutor.
