i know the entertainment sucks, been there several times, i am not going there for entertainment I will come home for fun, i am going because i need a job to support my family, and jacobs fits perfectly in my plans for the future. its not that far of a commute for me during the week, the cost of living is cheap, and i need a change. i got my answer from an automated system, i would like to talk to a real person. any other advice? thanks

Job hunting in many way is like dating. Just because it's a "no" this time does not mean it will be a "no" next time. Things happen and situation changes. In this case, Jacob acts like an employment agency. It can only hire what its customer wants at the time.

You know what they say, it's not what you know but who you know. Network, network, and more network. Don't give up because the alternative is not an option.
