Ken McDaniel has been building around the Huntsville area for quite some time and has a wonderful reputation, even with Realtors
If we get complaints from our buyers that the builders are not following up, it sours our opinion of the builders.
I've dealt with Woodland Homes and so far, buyers are still pleased . I've not sold a Jeff Benton home as of yet, but they seem to be decent.
As I always say, drive the neighborhoods and talk to residents. Ask them if they are happy and would use that builder again.
