Interesting you asked. This morning I drove by there and there does seem to be an additional construction truck or two plus several new "Now Leasing" type signs. Otherwise, it is about the same. Could be something is about to get started. Looked like a very small amount of grading had been done.

I've noticed "Now Leasing" or something like that for the year I've been year at St James Place and Brookstone. Nothing has changed though. Maybe Constellation will be different.

I can't wait for something to happen there. It's very suspenseful. I've no doubt that it will be completed eventually.

I did notice a tangible change; Construction has started on what looks like a inbound lane from the WB Governors to NB Memorial Parkway transition.
There is an old dump truck that's been sitting on the west side of the site for at least a week. It has one wheel off. Every time I drive by there I think I am in Cuba.

Charles - I wonder if the truck is emblematic of the project (wheels coming off). I hope not, but if you can't even fix the truck tire...

I am reluctantly excited about Constellation. ANYTHING to make downtown the hub it must be to have a viable city.
Feeling impatient on the SLOW 'progress' at Constellation.

The recession is probably the reason. Everything just completely stopped.
