Default Any hotels like a Residence Inn-type in the Bob Jones district?

We don't know where we are going to live yet

Are you looking for something like an extended-stay type of hotel?

How about "corporate apartment" type? It's an apartment but fully furnished and rent to you on month-to-month basis. I stayed in one when I first got here. It is in Madison & in the BJHS district. I'll DM you if you're interested.

If you know you will buy in the BJHS district and you can only get to a Residence Inn or Homewood Suites type place outside the BJHS distric, what about something like this? Can your son rent a room at a home in the BJHS district and then technically satisfy the rules? When you eventually buy the home he just moves in with you.

Also, he could rent the room and really never stay there except when he wants to bring chicks "home" with him....
