We thought about renting there, they look nice. When we looked at them back in May some were finished but many were not. I worried that there would be constant construction (noise) going on during the time period we would have lived there. There also isn't any playground so if you have a small child that is one drawback. One word of caution is that most apartments in Madison give you a courtesy 72hrs after you are approved to receive your deposit back if you decide to live somewhere else, they do not.

I just moved in, and I love it! The kitchens are fabulous, easily the nicest apartment kitchens I've ever seen. The natural lighting/windows are great. The neighboorhood is very pretty and right across the street from a walking/biking trail. I think they're wonderful. We just moved from Raleigh, and while I admit that the square footage is much much smaller, I love it here. If it's just you by yourself, I'm sure you'll be fine. We are a family of three, and I have a ton of clothes, so the master closet I feel like is only big enough for my stuff, and not my husband's. Lol. Forced me to get rid of things I probably should have gotten rid of long ago anyway. We also leased a garage, so we store winter things and whatnot down there. The fitness center is the nicest one I've seen anywhere, although Emerald Ridge has a fantastic one as well. And right down the street from us here is Bridge Street, where there are lots of nice restaurants and shops. It's about 10 minutes up to Providence, where our son goes to school and by all the things up there in that area - Target, Walmart, etc.

All in all, I'm pleased with our decision. It was between here, Bridgewater, Emerald Ridge, and Walden at Providence. Those were the nicest complexes, I thought.

If you lease here, message me, please, and give them our name!
Good luck!

I like Bridgewater feautres and location rather than Arch Street, it has a better feel then being cramped on old madison pike, as well the price at arch street is worth the price in my opionion but a very nice place, alot of new engineers are being referred there.

I did really like Bridgewater, it was a beautiful complex. I just much preferred the open light floorplans at Arch Street. I found Bridgewater to be too dark for my liking. Although the color schemes were nice, just too dark for me. I guess it depends on what floats your boat!

I finally know what they are building beside Emerald Ridge Apartment Complex. It's going to be a 480-unit apartment complex called Addison Park.
