One of the things I like about Stoneridge is they really don't have a permanent model home. That home is for sale just like the rest of them. When they sell the model the move to another home in the neighborhood. A lot of home builders will build a model with all the upgrades and will only sell it when the neighborhood is sold out or close to it. That means that with Stoneridge you get what you see. They don't try to lure you into a maxed out model and try to sell you a base home and up sale you.
