I feel for the folks that bought behind the Home Wood Suites.... the building that Allstate is in is the longest construction project I've ever seen. That building has been an eye sore - they have finally cleaned up some of the construction mess and look like they might finish the landscaping this year (they broke ground in 2007 or before). I think the construction dumpsters sat out there for years. Why has the property company not required things to be cleaned up in a reasonable amount of time?

Those are the "Live/Work" units...I'm sure when the market fell, it was tough going, but now they are finally becoming occupied. I believe my CPA is purchasing another unit, next door to his.
