Recommend home inspector (Madison, Valley: houses, buying, square footage)

we are buying home in limestone county need a good home inspector! please recommend!!!!

Mike is a great choice. I've used Matt England a lot and have always been pleased with his work, too. Sometimes it will depend on your budget and the time frame you need to have the inspection completed as well.

Mike Dove is excellent. I would pay MORE to use him, and would advise anyone the same. Bottom line, don't skimp on costs to get a cheap inspector...this is a HUGE investment you are making and the best money you will spend is on that inspection.

Mike is generally around $325-$350 depending on square footage and foundation (that usually is the norm up to about 3000 sft). Bigger houses cost more. Trust me, there are worse inspectors that charge much more than that. You can generally get him within a ten day period of time. He does two inspections a day, 8:30 and 1:30 and will get you the report very quick.

Everybody likes Mike!

Don't know Mike, but do Know Johnny Frazier. He is very good. He does a lot of the nicer homes in Hampton Cove, Blossomwood, Ledges and Jones Valley.
