I wish I had time to update this thread with pictures and videos.

There was one girl that said she evacuates everytime one threatens there but this time she didnt because Isaac wasnt a strong Hurricane and she regrets staying. Flooding is crazy.

Another story about how someone said, "look, look at this, Katrina flooded us too"

A Levee is failing in one section and thousands ordered to evacuate (2 days after landfall!)

Still no power. Kind of strange to see all the skyscrapers totally dark.

Power just came back on at my place but looks like it is still out across most of the city.

St. Tammany officials are calling for an immediate evacuation of an area between Bush and Hickory because of a potential failure of Lock #2 on the Pearl River Navigation Canal. Officials are saying that the lock could break at any time causing widespread flooding. Emergency officials are picking up evacuees along Highway 41 in northern St. Tammany Parish

Source: Evacuation ordered in northern St. Tammany Parish - The Daily News: Breaking News: hurricane isaac,

The locks are similar to an elevator for boats to raise it. The dam is at imminent failure! Major flooding near the Pearl River is imminent! Stay safe! TVC

What? Issac reforming back in the Gulf?

It's not impossible. Since Isaacs remnants are now on the East coast, its possible to do what Ivan did here.
