Subtropical Depression SEVEN

Expected to strengthen into Tropical Storm Fay, but reach only 45MPH sustained winds. No threat to land.

Atlantic 5-Day Graphical Tropical Weather Outlook

Two threats are in the Atlantic. One that the US Coast has to watch has a medium 30% chance of formation. Conditions will become favorable over the next few days for this to form.

Another threat has a 10% chance of forming. Upper level winds are not favorable.
