Atlantic:
-"Invest 96L" approaching the Azores islands region in the Eastern Atlantic, 40% chance of development, no threat to the US.

East/Central Pacific: -No systems

Mediterranean:
-A "rare"-ish "Medi-Cane"(Hurricane) or sub-tropical-ish system may form this week just South of Italy in the Mediterranean Sea. They happen about once a year there.

Atlantic:
-System near the Azores in Eastern Atlantic is gone.
-10% chance a new system just north of Panama developes. Generally slowly heading towards Hispaniola / Puerto Rico region.

2017 Hurricane Season officially ends today, 30November. Although storms can form any time of year they are fairly rare until next spring when waters warm once again and conditions become more favorable.
