Wed 30-Oct2019 5pEDT/AST,8pAzores,9pGMT: Invest 99L became Subtropical Storm Rebekah in the far North Atlantic near the Azores, very similar position to where Pablo was and also rotating around another non-tropical Low. No threat to the US/Caribbean region, out to sea.

Estimated winds 45mph(75km/h), moving E 13mph(20km/h), pressure 987mb. Located about 745miles(1,195km) W of the Azores. Not expected to strengthen much. Likely becomes post-tropical by Friday on approach to the Azores (so therefore any weather Watch/Warnings will be issued by local Portuguese weather services and not the US National Hurricane Center).

Official storm info released by the US National Hurricane Center (NHC) every 6 hours at 5 & 11a/pEDT/AST (8 & 2a/p Azores, 9 & 3a/p GMT) here: https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/
