Sun 19Sept 5pEDT/AST - 97L became TD17, then Tropical Storm Rose. Winds 40mph (65km/h), moving NNW 16mph (26km/h), pressure 1005mb. Located about 370miles (595km) W of Cape Verde Islands off NW Africa. Expected to stay out at sea.
Tue 21Sept 5pEDT/AST -Winds 40mph (65km/h), moving NW 10mph (17km/h), pressure 1008mb. Rose on its last leg. Another wind sheared system with storms all blown off to the East.
Wed 22Sept 5pEDT/AST -Winds 35mph (55km/h), moving WNW 10mph (17km/h), pressure 1010mb. Likely doesn't last the night, no storms near the swirl of clouds.
