Yeah, I remember that agreement I just can't remember the ins and outs. Something along the lines of not having any store within a certain radius. I can't remember where that was, I will try to find it.

Looks like Verizon will be opening in the retail strip at Sand Creek Commons.

A tiny house builder in Jackson is moving to Idaho Falls. It was said that it will bring a lot of jobs. They will construct a facility to build the houses in an indoor environment. I tried to post a link to the story but sometimes I am not able to.

It looks like they are planting some grass in central SRL. There is now some framing members up on this "project x". It's a fairly good size building for only being valued at around a million. There are also survey stakes up on the event center property. What I suspect that means is the roads will be built this year and we are inching toward a ground breaking announcement.

It is probably just a big snack bar for VanDerSloot's big fireworks show . . . .

While the majority of that activity in SRL is for temporary grass, I doubt that "project x" has as much to do with the fireworks. Frank himself said that in another 5 years his location will move again due to rapid growth in SRL. I don't see him building structures that will just be abandoned again in such short order. My educated guess considering some posts on here, size, and location is a restaurant, possibly something with some sort of entertainment aspect

I'd agree with you. The frame that is going up resembles a restaurant...im going to go out on a limb and throw Cracker Barrel out there as my guess.
