A tire chain is building a new store on Stanley. I found that interesting they were building in a heavier use business park. The location is visible from us20. I wonder if it's a bit more geared for truck tires

I drove by to look. Fisher's Technology had plans to build a facility near there but I don't believe the lot in the construction phase now is it. I thought it was further north. I could be wrong

sounds like work will begin very soon on the new Maverik at the corner of Sunnyside and Yellowstone. slated to open sometime in August.

the new building face Sunnyside and there will be many new pumps, including high-flow diesel pumps. should make getting in and out much easier.

Paul Menser had mentioned sometime ago in BizMojo Idaho that Fisher's Technology was going to build behind Sportsman's Warehouse. I understand it will be a warehouse and distribution center.

There's an Italian Restaurant named Ferraro's opening soon in SCC next to Great Clips. Peering through the window, it looks just about ready to go.

I'm not sure whether it's a chain or not. The marquee on the front of the building says "Ferraro's Italian Cuisine". The name and font do not seem to match any other Ferraro's I could find through google (Las Vegas, Spokane, Long Beach, Ventura). That said, the one in Spokane seems to go under several names and slightly different logos, so maybe?

There vacant lot across Sunnyside was subject of a preliminary plat consideration just yesterday. It was dubbed "growth center"

Idahoan wants to build a new building downtown. Im guessing it will be at their current location. No specs were given at all, except that they want the redevelopment agency to build a second level of parking.

On that note, it does cost money, but downtown could see huge benefits if the parking issues were addressed by such an investment.
