Does anyone know the timeline on this?
It can't happen soon enough for me!

Habit Burger is indeed an up and comer. They started in Cali, but have expanded in the west with locations in Washington State, Arizona and Utah. I have never tried them, but I assume the rapid expansion is a good sign of a quality product.

Meh. We've had Habit burger a couple of times back when we lived in California. It was mediocre. Some people swear by their burgers, we were not impressed.

However there are other establishments that weren't great in California that are better out here, so I would give them a try one more time.

I see this being within a few months. They plan to open another restaurant within the new holiday inn. I'll bet the Ammon location comes several months before that one

I work in Snake River Landing, and we got a notice today that they would be blasting tomorrow "In preparation for building more apartments".

Speaking of Snake River Landing, I noticed the event center property is up for a rezone as well as another 20 or 30 acres east of it. All highway commercial. I believe none of it has do do with the newer apartments. Its south of that. Did that become part of the gifted property? Or is development already trying to happen?

The expansion of the apartment complex is getting under way and there was talk of a storage unit place going in next to the apartments....but I haven't seen final word on that.

I agree. Perhaps one would find that Five Guys make the best hamburgers.

That would be interesting as they were looking for a larger eatery - with a bar and outdoor seating. That would be quite a change to make it a Habit Burger.
