I have family moving to Hazelton. They will be renting initially; however, they will eventually want to buy. I have several questions:
- What will 300K buy in the surrounding area?
- What is the prevailing price for property suitable for home construction?
- Does anyone have an opinion regarding the quality of the elementary schools?
- Is there a college within 50 miles?
- How would you characterize the annual weather pattern?
- Any opinion on medical services in the area, such as doctor availability, hospitals, etc?
