New job in Jackson Hole And need help on where to move. Need A good town. But can't pay more than 500 month on rent.

How far from JH are you willing to commute? You do have to consider the winter roads. I'm not certain if you can find what your looking for in Teton or Driggs. Sugar City maybe? Again though is that too far?

Ditto cleosmom. Nowhere near JH is going to have a place to rent that cheap. 500 may get you a couple of nights in a hotel, and that's about it. Your option is to go farther out but the roads in winter are a bear. The pass is tough and the road via Palisades is no picnic either.

My guess is you could look around Swan Valley or maybe Ririe, though.
