No lots available on the market currently. Builders buy them all and hold. If you had soime good marketable lots, Iwould say they would go for around $40,000 or maybe slightly more. Average cost of entry level homes in Filer would be around $135,000 if you could find them, most run above $155,000. Cost to build is running around $60-$65 per sq ft with out lot.
