Liberal towns in Idaho
Are towns in north Idaho more liberial or is it a combination of liberals and conservatives. Would Moscow be like Hailey,Sun Valley & McCall without the rich.

I never thought I'd see the day when it matters whether a town is liberal, conservative, far left, turn right.... Our country is more than just divided, It's chopped into little pieces. This is what will make America fail.
Paid for by the-
Johnny Quest for President campaign.

You got that right. That's why I'm asking what people think. Because for the most part people from other states think were all KKK that shocked me. So, this is more of whats your opinion about your state. Thanks

Lovin Idaho
Even though it votes blue I believe there are some liberal like Sun valley/Hailey some say McCall but, thats only because the Sun Valley people are being run out of their town by the billionares. We are seeing even the people from California are republican. This is no liberal town yet and if the locals can hold on too what they have it won't change. Unfortunately the change is coming and the rich are going to have every pasture land full of sub-divisions. More money selling land right now then raising cattle. We will be wondering wheres the beef!!!!
But, for the most part we see that we can agree to disagree and have reasonable conversations. Thats what makes America the great. Republicans and democrats should be able to co-exist after all on are the United States.
Mark6052 you do have sheets for your bed right maybe just not white!!!!

wildberries --- It seems like nobody has answered your original question, although this is a very entertaining thread.
I don't know Idaho from personal experience, only from being a geography and statistical geek and from hearing many things from friends who have moved there or spent time there.
There are very liberal enclaves in Idaho, you can find them in Boise (of course), Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene, and other places already mentioned. The way an area votes isn't much of a cultural indicator.
I think it would be more useful to you to say what it is you're really wanting to know --- are you looking for a place that has lots of cultural diversity? Tolerance for gays and minorities? There are Republican-voting places where there's great diversity and tolerance, and Democratic areas that are full of bigots and homophobes. The left-right distinction isn't very useful for most types of information, it really only tells you about voting patterns but doesn't tell you whether you're likely to get robbed while walking down the street or whether you can find good restaurants in the area.
So.... what are you REALLY asking?
