Question Winter in SE Idaho

I was wondering if someone could give me a little bit of insight to the winter in SE Idaho. Do you guys see a lot of snow? I hear a bit about wind being crazy...if you could guess how many MPH are the winds? And how cold does it get there?

We have had winters with several feet of snow on the ground until March. Lately though it's been really mild. Not much snow at all the past several winters. Temperatures can be all over the place. We'll see maybe a few days around minus 10-15 degrees then about 0-20 for the rest of the winter.
The wind tends to blow the most in the summer months. It isn't unusual to see only a few calm days all summer. This summer has been freakishly calm and warm. Not that I'm complaining! The winds here on a "normal" windy day usually gust to around 20-30 mph. 50 mph isn't unusual. We have had a few small tornados with 90 mph gusts but they're rare.

It seems like this came up in another thread, but...

Last winter was relatively mild with below normal snowfall, and above normal temps.

Other shoe to drop? Possible.

In general, Pocatello is slightly warmer and more snowier than Idaho Falls.
Which means both places get snow, and both are in the snowbelt, with IF getting colder.

As I think I mentioned in another post, there were only 3-4 days where I-15 was a difficult drive from Poky to Blackfoot last winter. Hopefully, this winter will be equally mild.
