I don't know, but God bless you for spelling "theatre" right! Yes, it's "theater" for live productions, "theatre" for movies...

Uncertain about western Idaho, however in Idaho Falls there are two.

There are still operating drive-ins in Idaho? DEAR, PACK YOUR BAGS! We’re moving to Idaho. YEAH, I just read it on the Internet; Idaho still has drive-ins. Maybe I can find a used 55 Chevy with a ragtop and neckerknob.

Caldwell still has an operating drive-in? I did not know that.
Driveinmovie.com says:
Caldwell (Canyon County) Idaho
Terrace Drive-in: 208-455-1433
located at 3701 South Lake Avenue
An old three-screener which only maintains
a single screen now, and parking for 300 cars;
showing double features seasonally, but only
on the weekends, May thru September. "
I also found one review online, dated last summer: Terrace Drive-In Theater in Caldwell: The Terrace Drive-In in Caldwell is one of the last Drive-Ins. It is a fun family night out. The movie prices are very reasonable and the concessions are also reasonably priced. The other great thing is you can take your own food and drink. For a fun and inexpensive night out for the entire family, I would highly recommend going to this Drive-In. The reviewer doesn't really say anything about quality or condition, but does give it an overall thumbs up, for what it is worth.
I thought it was a shame when they tore down the last one in Boise, at Maple Grove & Fairview to build a Smith's food, and then when that deal fell through, the lot just sat with a partway built building for years.
And to follow up on the thread hijack: Dictionary.com cites several dictionaries as using theatre and theater interchangeably. eg. American Heritage, Random House, Merriam-Webster's. Where it does specify, it lists "theater" as being a place where motion pictures are shown, and theatre as anything live action.
wikipedia (take it for what it is worth) says " Theater is the prevailing American spelling and is used by America's national theater as well as major American newspapers such as the New York Times (theater section) to refer to both the dramatic arts as well as to buildings where performances take place; yet theatre is also current, witness Broadway and The New Yorker. In American English, theatre is particularly common in the two aforementioned uses. Americans also often make the distinction of using theater in reference to cinema, (e.g. movie theater) while using theatre when speaking of stage productions"
I always thought it was just another one of those British vs American English quirks.

We lived in Middleton for 12 years and loved it!! One of the best things our family enjoyed were the Friday night's at the drive-in. The Terrace in Caldwell is nice, well maintained and cost friendly. The Parma Motor Vu though was our favorite, it definatley had a old time feel. They actually have a oldie car show weekend where they play old movies too.

While I went to the College of Idaho, I went to the drive-in twice. Dragged there once for a Greek Week event and another to see Corpse Bride. It was fun. They also play some movies in Spanish.
SergentL: if you do move to Idaho, we call "neckerknobs" suicide knobs here And, if you stick around til July, you can most definately find that 55 chevy in Emmett, Idaho, about 30 miles north of Boise-Nampa-Caldwell in the Boise Metro area during their Cruise Night celebration.
