Default moving to Idaho, From OC

Hi all, Yes I am from OC....no worries we are want to be country people stuck in a crazy fasted pace place..... I am a stay at home mom.... most moms work over here...
My Husband has been doing research on Idaho and sounds like the perfect place to raise our two sons.....schools are right up there if not higher then our schools.....We have talked with many That moved to Idaho and love it. They always say the people are so different...They actually have the time to stop and say high... it is insane here in OC... nobody has a second to even look you in the eye....when I am at the store I feel the person in back of me breathing down my neck to hurry... Also we hate how liberal california is getting....we want a simple life where neighbors talk to each other.... we also want space between the houses...In our area you can get an attached home for 550.000.. that is what we own... if you want a nice small detached house you are looking at 700.000 easy... we don't want a big house. we want a one story around 1800 square foot home....
anyways I was wondering if anybody knew of a subdivion that is good... or a community that is good. we like Eagle, merdain and some parts of Boise.... thanks for the info....We already found a great church called the pursuit... it is in boise... I have been talking with the pastor there and he is also from California and God called him to Idaho to start this church....This was 3 years ago I think they have 500 people now... He says he just loves Boise..... Also can anyone tell me how much it snows in Eagle, Bosie. or merdian...thanks so much

Tammy
