Indian Cultural Organizations
Are there any Indian cultural profit or non-profit organizations in Idaho that arrange cultural events like music concerts, dances, exhibits and so on?

By indian, do you mean American Indian? If so, I'm quite sure that there is.

Sorry, I meant Hindustani cultural organizations. Not native Indians.

Not Idaho
I would say you would probably have some luck in Boise. If Hindustani culture is what you are looking for I don't believe there is much in Idaho. Not trying to keep you away but, have you looked in Southern California or San Francisco much more diversity in culture in those places.
I would say coming to Idaho,Wyoming,Nevada or Montana you are going to find very western ways and culture and don't believe these states are wanting a change any time soon.
Native American festivals and Rodeos and lots of cowboys and farmers. Horse country up north the Native Americans have horse ranches and breed some of the most beautiful Appaloosa's.

Oops ~ No intention of misleading you with the northern idaho tribe message.
I'd have to agree with everyone here, sadly. No knowledge of Hindustani organizations in Idaho, however . . .
Ff you're looking for western USA opportunities in specific states that you might add Arizona to your list. Tucson and Phoenix both have quite a diverse religious population.
