Definitely Boundary. You can get more land cheaper and you can really be isolated. Bonner is getting a little to heavy with regulations, but still not as bad as Kootenai.

Define "best for prepper mentality".

IMO, for many people can mean fewer people, amongst other things; while I can't appreciate the prepper mentality, most of us can agree that there are just too many people, more every day.

In fact, name a problem... any problem... and the answer is often TOO MANY DANG PEOPLE.

I can't think of a way a person could define prepper mentality and have Bonner county favored over Boundary, personally.
