It was legal to ride on my property until others decided to put a stop to it. No one asked this guy to move in next to us. We rode after work with the kids. With the ammount of neighbors moving in that did not like what others were doing it was easy for them to get a sympathetic ear and stop it. It was the four of us versus A bunch of them. We lost and we moved. I was not going to continue living where I was not wanted.
And I quote "Private property rights are good and along with the rights should be responsible and considerate behavior. Some may feel that they have the right to enjoy a quiet nap or stroll in their backyard without disturbance by motorcycles, loud music etc." So as long as I am bothering you or doing something that you find unacceptable I should stop because you don't agree? This guy knew the situation when he bought his house he assured us there was no problem.Obiously there was a problem. At this point it does not matter. I guess Your right screw the guys that have been doing what they have enjoyed for years because you just happen to decide to move in next door and your peace and quiet is more valuable than me spending time with my kids the way I choose. Retirees and money=trouble for us thirty something adults with kids that want to be active. In the end he won and I lost. I moved he didnt...I want growth my buisness depends on growth. ![]() Last edited by ejay; 01-24-2008 at 06:29 PM. |

California people,
California pride. Nowhere to run, Nowhere to hide. They took away our native land, I wanna punch them in their glands. They brought along their shopping malls, their snotty kids in our school halls! They can't drive their fricking cars, those retards must have come from mars. California people, California pride! Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. They treat us like we're oh so dumb, they make us feel just like we're just bums. They drove up all our property tax, they tick me off to the max! Can't we just make them go home, those bloody bastards sure do rome! California people, California pride. Nowhere to run, Nowhere to hide! They've all invaded Idaho, until there's no place for you to go. Everywhere there's Dodger hats, and arrogant buttheads in baggy pants. They even brought Chicano gangs, that teach our children awful slangs. Tater head people, tater head pride! Where can we run? Where can we hide? Can we hide, Can we hide, Can we hide? dear SKITOW, you've got to be kidding! how dare the foreigners drive you out of your own lovely state! how could they drive up home prices so even deserving californians can no longer afford to live there! how dare they TRIPLE home prices in the last 7 years, so people like yourself made more money on your homes than you know you can earn at a job, and more than almost anyone else in the country! BOO HOO

Guys,
Ran across this one in the Arkansas forum...sound familiar? Why is everyone in California moving to Bella Vista? Note the Texan saying that they thought Texas was getting all the Californians....just struck me as so similar...

I don't understand why you are so against Californians when you were once one. Plus, if you hate them so much, you should consider changing your member name. I think you are generalizing the whole state of Ca with So Cal, which is not fair Moderator cut: rude. Last edited by Sage of Sagle; 01-28-2008 at 06:16 PM. |
