Default Travel along I-84 in late April or early May

Will be traveling thru Idaho on I-80 in late April or early May, can we expect any snow? Will there be a lot of mountains to cross?
Thanks for any info.

I-80 doesn't run through Idaho, so I'm guessing I-84? It runs from the Oregon border down through Utah.... you should pretty much be alright except for winds. However, Idaho doesn't always play by the rules and I've seen it snow any given month of the year.

It won't snow in April. I-84 doesn't go east far enough to get to the elevation that Idaho Falls and other cities in Idaho with bizarre weather patterns.

That freeway was hell though last weekend, but it should be pretty clear now for good.
