Man!! That sounds alot better than it now being illegal to hold a cell phone to your ear while driving, [MOD CUT] Those are just the standouts, we get laws every year hardly anyone even knows about till its too late. How stupid is it that you can still text with your phone, but cant hold it up to your ear or you get a STIFF fine?

Wow, some of these have been on the books for years where I'm from. I'm glad to see Idaho is getting caught up on their laws.
