Maggie,

Any specific reason residents need to be in the Boise area?

If you are in the southeastern part of the street, or want to have a great day trip, you may want to explore a new restaurant in Idaho Falls. The owners are from England. Fish and Chips, Kidney Pie etc. are their specialties.

The chef has worked in impressive UK kitchens.

Also, INL had British Nuclear Fuels working with them for many years. You may want to check with INL or others to see if anyone from the UK is in the Idaho Falls area.

I don't know for the Boise area.

Good luck finding some great people to talk to again.

MSR

The Boise area has an active Brit community. There are a few British shops in the valley, a few British themed restaurants, and several clubs for Brits turned Boiseans. I know several people who have moved to Boise from Great Britain and a lot of them own their own businesses, including a wine shop.
I bet if you went to the English shop in Meridian that you would find more info.
