Question Anyone Know About Upper Pack Road area near Sandpoint?
There are good land/home buys there on-line, which tells me it is probably very remote. That's okay...but are there specific negatives? It appears to be very wooded...which is also good. Anyone have first hand knowledge?

Been up there. Gorgeous area. Access can be a REAL problem...snow, road washouts, etc. But if you retire here, you can be patient. Get a snowplow, snowmobile, ATV, something...at least a lifted 4x4 for tough days/seasons...

Thanks, I assumed there were some logistics problems but wasn't sure what they might be. Sure are some good deals on homes/acreage there.
