Default St. Maries information
Anyone have any first hand knowledge on St. Maries, i.e. weather, attitudes toward newcomers, terrain (mountains or just rolling country), crime. Thanks.

CafeDelSol is on a distinguished road
I was there several years ago. It's a nice, small mountain town, about 2500 population. The weather is fairly mild - not too hot or cold. Can't say about their attitude toward newcomers. Tourism is their main money maker after logging so they're used to strangers in town.
