Most towns in North Central Idaho offer a slower pace of life and lower population density than other areas of the country. The only negative I have with Grangeville is the harsher winters and more wind than you find in the nearby river valley towns of Kooskia, Kamiah, Orofino,etc... Overall North Central Idaho provides a great area to live in for those who enjoy solitude, good neighbors, and the Great Outdoors.
