Talking Help for a NEW vegan!

I just moved to Boise (thanks to the positive responses from the Idahoans). I am wondering where to find vegan restaurants? grocery stores? In Oregon we have Whole Foods, Natures, Wild Oats, Zupans...anything like that? Im on the north side in Boise so close to Cole/Fairview/Curtis. Thanks!

I'm just guessing that Idaho is more of a beef or Pork kinda place.
Maybe a trout with baked potato would be pushing it

Just kidding.. good luck on your search

Whole Foods Market should be coming to Boise Spring 2009. My kids are so excited about a trip we have to make Saturday to SLC - my daughter wants to bring coolers and buy tons of WFM air-chilled chicken, hormone free beef, etc. ad nauseum. We are in IF and are really getting tired of what is and isn't available. When your WFM opens please pester them about opening mine!!!
