what is it like there in coeur d'alene? are there alot of mormans? we like idaho but hear how bad mormans treat you if your not one. i want our kids to have friends and not be outcast because their christian and not morman. i know idaho is not as bad as utah but how is it really

CDA is not known for a large Mormon population. Idaho Falls, Boise, and a few other cities have higher numbers.. THAT being said Im with Desertryder, Mormons make great neighbors. Some of the finest people I know are Mormon in fact;-)

North Idaho is much less Mormon than most other states even...North Idaho had a real backlash against the LDS influence and what I hear from old-timers is that Mormons were pretty unwelcome here up to about 20-30 years ago...

North Idaho (at least CDA and Sandpoint) are much like the rest of rural America..generally fairly churchgoing, mostly various flavors of protestant non-denominational churches...

Well there are not that many Mormans and who cares what they think if you are not one. We've lived here our whole lives and are not Morman and have never had a bad run in with one before. So if that is your biggest worry throw it away.
