Anyone done Post Falls haunted house?
Has anyone out there been to the Lions Club haunted house in Post Falls? Hubby and I are both Halloween fans, and I feel like a bit of a loser... we've lived here for eight years now but haven't gone. We look at the huge lines and decide we don't want to wait. I've heard it's really good however, and the proceeds go to a good cause.
Any input?

We did it two years ago. It was decent. We did the haunted corn maze last year. My daughter and her friend loved it.

Thanks mistyriverranch - neither of us have ever done a haunted house before, but sounds fun... so think we'll brave the lines (yeah - I know... it's Idaho and lines are relative!) before we move. I'm guessing the corn maize (pun intended!) you did was the one off Hwy 53 by Hauser. Went to that last year on a whim with a friend down from Sandpoint, but again... on a weekend the lines were LONG. Then again... I'm one of those people who hates waiting for a seat in a restaurant, so don't eat at Red Lobster!

Yup it was in Hauser...I can never remember that name! If you've never been in a haunted house then you'll probably like it a lot. I think we went on a week night (is that possible?) and there was no line.
We were in one once in Holly, Michigan that was in an old hotel that was already supposed to be haunted for real and they did a terrific haunted house in the attic of it. That was the best one I've ever been in and I'm sure it was because of the place's already haunted reputation.

Best haunted house of all is at the Virginia Theater in Shelley. Very well done.

We did the Post Falls haunted house on Sat Oct 18. Only had to wait in line for about 30 minutes. Great scares. Wonder how those kids in the house can scream every night without going hoarse?
It was definitely worth the $6 entry fee.

Excellent! I have to burn some PTO before the end of the year (or lose it doggone it!!) so am taking a couple days off this week. Hubby managed to swing a couple also, so I think we're going to head on over tomorrow night.
