Default Restaurant in Sun Valley

I'm thinking of opening a fine dining american steakhouse in the Sun Valley area. The menu would consist of local produce and meats, larger portions, upscale wine list and a contemporary but relaxing atmosphere. I want to get anyones thoughts on the location. I have lived in Idaho before and am familiar with Sun Valley. If there is any other city in Idaho, please let me know your thoughts.

Seems to always be a shift of restaurants up there....rumor is that Chandler's lease is up and he won't be renewing......could open a door for attracting his past clients. You will benefit if you have high exposure on Hwy 75..... Ketchum/Sun Valley is where you're traffic and target market is at. I like your idea to support local products, great for the Idaho economy.

Keep us posted, we'd love to hear what you end up doing!
