Default I'm planning to move to Twin Falls (?) soon

Hi,

I'm finishing up my living duties here on the East Coast. I am planning a visit to the Twin falls area and would really appreciate some ideas as to what the rents would be for a one bedroom apt.

Please clue me in to the different neighborhoods.

I love to go to College music performances and lectures and Shows put on by the students.

I need to know an insider's knowledge to links with garden apts. or nice
complexes where a 60+ would be happy. (not neccesarily a Senior Housing
since I would rather be around young active people.

Thank You for you help . . . .

Coming from the east coast, you will find Twin the polar opposite of what you're used to. There are not that many interesting apartments here (we own a 4-plex near the hospital) but there is a JC and a local, albeit small, music scene. Thanks to CSI professor, Brent Jensen, we actually have a pretty good jazz scene with some real talent.

There's a place called Bridgeview Estates near the mall that has apartments and assisted living for older folks. Don't know if that sort of thing would have much appeal.

Visit first and spend a little time before committing to relocation. You'll see what I mean when you get here. We aren't quaint in any manner but we're good people who, mostly, mind our own affairs.
