Default Temp moving to Caldwell, ID

We travel with my husbands work, move about every 4-6 months. We are supposed to be going to Caldwell this summer, about June. We will most likely be renting a house. I need a family friendly neighborhood, town, within 30 min of Caldwell where rent is reasonable. It would only be short term. Specific neighborhoods, streets, ect would be helpful.

Thanks,
Elaina

Smile Rentals around Caldwell

Elaina,

If you don't want to live too close to neighbors you could easily fing a nice home on 1+ acres for $800 or so in Parma, Homedale, outskirts of town. You can rent a brand new home for the same in town in a new sub.
Some nice areas in Caldwell are around Lake Lowell.
Where you coming from anyway?

In Caldwell the worst area for West Nile was Canyon Hill area if you are talking Caldwell city....other than that, I would say Parma area was bad.

Right now we are in Bend, Oregon area, I imagine the climate is pretty similar. I guess I'll be stocking up on some repellant then. Thanks
